Ami

Ami is a three-step kegel ball set, allowing you to start out right where you're at and gradually improve your PC strength in a pleasurable way. Start with the biggest and lightest ball (which is easier for less-developed muscles to hold onto), and progress up to the smallest, heaviest set.
