Handy Rotator Cowhide Flogger

Cowhide is a classic option for floggers; however, everything else about this flogger is unique. Notice the coupling in the middle between the handle and the falls- this hardware allows 360 degrees of rotation so the handler can rotate the falls like a spinning fan. 

Using the rotating action requires simple circular wrist movements and allows very precise and rapid-succession impacts for a totally different sensation that can be achieved with a traditional balanced-handle and falls scenario.

Note: It is possible to temporarily mark skin, welt, or bruise with impact play of any kind. Predetermine with the bottom which, if any, marks are acceptable/desired and play accordingly.
